Planned ServiceNow Outage – Friday 12/17

On Friday, December 17th, ServiceNow will be upgraded to the “Rome” version. As a result of the upgrade, ServiceNow will be unavailable starting at 11 p.m. on Friday. The planned restoration time is 7 a.m. Saturday, December 18th. The new version of ServiceNow contains a number of new features. Please see the Upgrade Release Notes knowledge article…
