Beginning on October 28, 2018, all currently installed Crashplan clients will be upgraded to Code42 version 6.5.2. Note that the Crashplan product has been re-branded as Code42. Duo two factor authentication was temporarily unavailable. Clients were seeing either a blank Duo screen or an “unknown error…” message when attempting to access BUworks. Two factor Duo authentication for Office365 as well as VPN were not affected. Full service has been restored….
