University Wi-Fi (wireless) hot spots for both the Charles River and Medical campuses are identified on the BU Maps….
Incident Discovery Time: 02:23pm on 06/01/2026 Time of Resolution: 02:58pm on 06/05/2026 Services Impacted: MyPrint Service Outage Description of Impact Multiple students reported that the MyPrint service was currently unavailable.
