Description of Impact
Campus Solutions is back up and running. The guest portal remains unavailable, so users cannot access or manage guest accounts. Some users may experience slow page loads.
Current Status
All services are available except the guest portal, which will remain down until after 10/12. If you continue to experience challenges logging into the system please submit a ticket through ithelp@bu.edu
Additional Information
The guest portal landing page has been updated with information about how to make a payment while the portal is down.

Campus Solutions is back up and running. The guest portal remains unavailable, so users cannot access or manage guest accounts. Some users may experience slow page loads.
Current Status
There is no change since the last update. All services are available except the guest portal, which will remain down at least through the end of the day today. Page loads may be slow while systems catch up on processing.
Additional Information
We are working to post a message on the guest portal with guidance on how to complete the tasks users may have gone there to do. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post an update when the guest portal is available.

Some components for Campus Solutions are unavailable. The guest portal remains unavailable due to ongoing maintenance. Users will be unable to access or manage guest accounts throughout the day.
Current Status
IS&T teams continue to work on the maintenance and restoration of Campus Solutions. The service is expected to remain unavailable through the end of the day on Monday.
