Description of Impact

The search functionality on bu.edu was returning zero results for all search queries. This was impacting all users attempting to use site search to navigate or find content on bu.edu.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident. The BU search engine is back in operation. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
