Description of Impact
Faculty and staff could not access mymedia.bu.edu (receiving "site can't be reached" error), and the Kaltura tool feature was also not functioning.

The services have been restored by the vendor.

The IS&T teams have identified the root cause of the incident and are currently investigating the matter with the vendor.
