Description of Impact
Clients who used Outlook for Windows Add-ins that authenticated with Shib/Duo ran into an add-in error message. This was most prevalent with the Zoom scheduling add-in due to its frequent usage, but we generalized this to an underlying issue with Duo Universal and WebView2.

The issue has been resolved by the vendor.

Description of Impact
Clients using Outlook for Windows Add-ins that authenticate with Shibboleth and Duo are encountering into an add-in error message. While this is most prevalent with the Zoom scheduling add-in, it is a general issue with the Duo Universal Prompt and Microsoft Edge WebView2.
Current Status
IS&T teams have identified the issue and are currently investigating.
Additional Information
Currently, users can use
Outlook Web Access as a workaround.
It is important to note that Outlook for Mac is not affected by this issue.
