Description of Impact

The CRC campus is currently experiencing a power outage. The NSEG on-call team has notified BU Facilities, who have confirmed the situation and are actively working on restoring power in coordination with Eversource. Unfortunately, there is no estimated time of restoration available at this moment.

Incident Description and Resolution

The power has been successfully restored by Eversource, and all network devices are now operational.

Status: As of 7:14 pm,

– Fully Down: 140 BSR is now fully down.

– Back Online: 55 Buswell, 98 Mountfort, 509 Park & 80 Ivy (At least for the time being. Eversource is still in the area, this may or may not go down again).

The CRC was just hit with a power outage. Lyndon from Network Operations called Facilities and they confirmed it and that they’re working on it. There is no ETA at this moment.

Current Status

BU Facilities are working on restoring the power in the buildings. Next Update: 07:05pm
