Description of Impact

Boston University's Zoom environment was unavailable. Clients who attempted to access bostonu.zoom.us or bu-hipaa.zoom.us encountered an error. Clients were also unable to start or join meetings.

The vendor has resolved the issue. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
