Description of Impact

Multiple students reported that the MyPrint service was currently unavailable. The issue was confirmed across several campus locations, including Yawkey, 610 Beacon St., the Kilachand Honors College residence, and Mugar Library.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be High usage volume at Mugar printers caused sign-in delays and temporary unavailability of the MyPrint service in multiple locations. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
