Description of Impact

Wireless services issues were reported at multiple locations across the Charles River Campus. Some clients were affected with both laptop and mobile device, while for others, only their mobile devices were affected. Full service has been restored.

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

Currently the reports have come from South Campus, The Stuvi 1 dorm, Rich Hall, 10 Buick Street and Amory Street. Next Update: 08:00pm
