Description of Impact
Zoom screen sharing settings are reverted to Host only for all users. This incident has been converted to a problem ticket with an established work-around.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams continue to work with the vendor on this issue and are tracking that work under Problem ticket number PRB0040664.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident is under investigation by the vendor. IS&T will continue to work on this issue with the vendor until it has been resolved.

To allow participants to screen share the host needs to go into security settings of the meeting to allow it. Instructions on changing the setting can be found under “Control Who Can Share Content” at the bottom of our Zoom online documentation within TechWeb.
