Description of Impact
Clients were unable to access the internet via the Boston University wireless network on the Charles River Campus. Later on, access to sites outside of the Boston University wireless network on the Charles River Campus was unavailable without establishing a VPN connection or using a wired connection as a workaround. Full service has been restored.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Description of Impact
Clients may be unable to access websites outside of Boston University via the wireless network on the Charles River Campus. Establishing a VPN connection or connecting to a wired connection are workarounds for this issue.
