Resolved: Quest App Portal is not allowing new connections.

Quest App Portal was not allowing new connections. People who had already been connected did not have issues. Full service has been restored.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

The cause of this incident is under investigation. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
