Planned Maintenance: Desktop Backup & Restore service

On March 26, 2019 from 4:30 to 6am, server maintenance will be performed on the Code42 server hosting the Desktop Backup & Restore service. Code42 client backups will continue to run as normal. Configuration changes and restores may be unavailable during this change period.

Desktop Backup & Restore Service Upgrade

Beginning on October 28, 2018, all currently installed Crashplan clients will be upgraded to Code42 version 6.5.2.  Note that the Crashplan product has been re-branded as Code42.  The upgrade will be scheduled and pushed by the Code42 server.  No client intervention required.
