Scheduled Maintenance: OnBase – 5pm Thursday 6/7 until Monday morning 6/11

The OnBase document management service will be upgraded to the latest software version and moved to a hosted cloud-based solution this weekend. In preparation for the upgrade and move, we are asking all OnBase users to sign off before 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 7th. The OnBase service will be in “read only” mode during the business day on Friday, June 8th; full service will resume on Monday morning, June 11th. Updates will be posted over the weekend including an announcement, expected on Monday morning, that the upgrade has been completed and all services are available.

Please note that starting Monday, June 11th, users must have an upgraded Outlook client installed for Unity & Outlook, or have the new link to the web client in order to access OnBase. Automatic upgrades will be pushed to computers with existing Outlook client installations over the weekend. Desktop Services will also be available during business hours to install these clients and remove any Thick clients, which will no longer be functional. We are also recommending that those using the web client use either Chrome or Firefox for best performance.

If you have any questions about the upgrade during the weekend, please call the IT Help Center at 617-353-HELP.
