Description of Impact

The Blackboard Admin Toolbox and Batch Enroll tool were unavailable. Instructors and IT support personnel were unable to perform course copies or batch enrollments. All other Blackboard Learn functionality were unaffected.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

The cause of this incident was determined to be a stopped server process.
