Resolved: Clients on the Fenway Campus cannot access Office365

Description of Impact

Some clients on the Wheelock campus were unable to access Office365. Full service has been restored.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Description of Impact

Some clients on the Wheelock campus are unable to access Office365.

Work-around:The work around is to use the BU VPN or the Eduroam netowrk.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.
