Description of Impact

An automatic update did not run successfully, and, consequently, information was not updated in Blackboard.

Current Status

IS&T teams identified the problem as another database job operating at the same time. Steps will be made to reschedule these jobs.

Additional Information

The problem has been intermittent since it was discovered, but a manual fix has been identified until the schedules have been adjusted. Next Update: Upon Resolution Services Impacted: Learning Management Systems
