Duo was experiencing access issues. This will affected all authentication that relies on Duo including MyBU Student Portal, MyBU Applicant Portal, VPN, BUworks, Microsoft Office 365 applications, Bu Google, etc.

Description of Impact

Duo is experiencing access issues. This will affect all authentication that relies on Duo including MyBU Student Portal, MyBU Applicant Portal, VPN, BUworks, Microsoft Office 365 applications, Bu Google, etc.

Current Status

From client feedback, it appears the problem may be almost resolved although we do not yet have official confirmation from the vendor, yet. Clients are encouraged to test to see if they can now get in. However, testing unsuccessfully more than 4 times will lead to an automatic account lock for 30 minutes, so this should be avoided.

We will update again as soon as the vendor confirms the outage is over, or at 3pm. Next Update: 03:00pm
