Description of Impact

There were reports from across the Charles River Campus that the On-Campus VPN was disconnecting, and preventing access to resources behind BU's VPN.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident by directing On-Campus VPN traffic through an alternative server.

Additional Information

If you are continuing to experience issues in either accessing the VPN while on campus, or connecting to resources after connection, please restart your computer. There have been reports of clients still experiencing VPN issues after the necessary server change was made; in these scenarios a computer restart resolved the issue.
