Description of Impact
Cisco Jabber clients were experiencing intermittent issues connecting after a server update from earlier this morning. Clients reported being unable to connect with a red/disconnected icon.
Incident Description and Resolution
The vendor has confirmed that clients are now able to connect to Jabber services without issue.
Additional Information
Please attempt a full system restart if you are still experiencing issues connecting to Jabber.

Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating with the vendor.
Additional Information
If you are unable to connect to Jabber, please attempt a full restart of your computer as a restart appears to resolve the issue for some clients.
