Description of Impact

Websites on www.bu.edu were offline. This affected things like mainframe reports that were accessed via The Links. The main BU website, www.bu.edu, was producing some links, but without any styling or images. Full service has been restored.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be an expired certificate on one of our load balancing servers.
