Description of Impact
Some clients were reporting issues accessing various Google services including Gmail and Google Drive. Google stated that they were experiencing high levels of network congestion in the eastern USA, affecting multiple services in Google Cloud, GSuite and YouTube. Clients were seeing slow performance or intermittent errors. Full service has been resolved.
