There were reports of wireless being unavailable at 11 Buswell Street and 146 Commonwealth Avenue. Full service has been restored at both locations.

There were reports of wireless being unavailable at 11 Buswell Street and 146 Commonwealth Avenue.

Current Status

Wireless Internet service at 146 Commonwealth Avenue has been restored. IS&T teams continue to work on the wireless Internet service at 11 Buswell.

Description of Impact

There have been reports of wireless being unavailable at 11 Buswell Street and 146 Commonwealth Avenue.

Current Status

IS&T teams believe that there is an issue with the fiber connecting the building at 11 Buswell and will be visiting to investigate further. The Internet provided at 146 Commonwealth Avenue is provided by a 3rd-party vendor who has been contacted.
