RESOLVED: Web Account Issues

Description of Impact

Some clients were reporting they were receiving an error when attempting to log into services using Web accounts, e.g. the Applicant Link, ShareLink, BlackBoard.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be a planned change that was performed this morning. The change was reverted to correct the problem. It was determined that only Web accounts created within the last several months were impacted by this incident. Older Web accounts were not impacted.
