Description of Impact

Users may have experienced issues using Outlook on the Web (OWA) Users may have be unable to view, create, or reply to email messages from within Outlook in the web. Users may have encountered one or more of the following: -Opening a new Reply message results in a blank page/pane -Opening a new message results in a wheel while searching for a contact -Contacts may not be displayed. Outlook clients were not affected. Full service has been restored

The vendor has not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating. Next Update: upon resolution
