Description of Impact

Clients were experiencing issues with the MyPrint WebPrint application. MyPrint printing directly from computers was not impacted.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be a performance issue associated with printing PDF files. WebPrint’s native Adobe rendering application was enabled to address this issue. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
