Description of Impact
Clients were experiencing intermittent authentication issues with Shibboleth across multiple services.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be a job that started at 11:48 a.m. that was hanging all of the production Shibboleth servers. The job was stopped in order to restore service.
