Description of Impact

Wired and wireless networks were unavailable at multiple locations on the Charles River Campus. This would also affect phones for those locations.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be power outage in the router room followed by a hardware failure once power was restored. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
