Description of Impact
Due to a power-related issue, multiple IT services were unavailable. Affected services included BU websites, BUworks, wired and wireless networking, authentication services (WebLogin), voicemail, Exchange email, virtual desktops, and the mainframe. IS&T worked throughout the night with Facilities and vendor assistance to restore power and restore services.
Current Status
All services have been restored.
