Description of Impact
No new sessions were available on Thin Client computer lab terminals at Mugar and other libraries, as well as the IS&T Training Rooms.
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be a disk space issue.

No new sessions are available on Thin Client computer lab terminals at Mugar and other libraries, as well as the IS&T Training Rooms.
Current Status
IS&T teams are currently in the process of restoring service. Thin Clients have begun to be available at a number of locations.

Once service is fully restored, another update will be made confirming that this incident is resolved.

IS&T teams continue to wait for a consolidation process to complete before further remediation steps can occur. The team is going to re-check status in two hours and assess how much progress has been made at that time.
