Description of Impact

Clients on the Charles River Campus were unable to access some non-BU websites via the wired and wireless networks.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident. Additional planned work by the vendor is expected to be completed later this morning.

The cause of this incident is under investigation.
