Description of Impact
Clients were receiving a “could not establish connection to server” error when using the Quest vWorkspace AppPortal client.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident.
Additional Information
The cause of this incident was determined to be a problem with a back end server. Service was redirected to an alternate server.
