Description of Impact
Voice Mail indicator lights on desk phones were not accurately lighting up when clients had messages waiting. Full service has been restored.

Current Status
IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating with vendor assistance.
Additional Information
All other Voice Mail functionality is working correctly. This is only affecting the Charles River Campus.
