Business Intelligence is now available

Due to a power failure at the 881 Commonwealth Ave data center, services
were shut down at 5:30am.

Power has been restored and services are being brought back online.

Current services that are unavailable include:
– Mainframe
– The Link
– Credit Card Transactions
– Business Intelligence
– Degree Audit
– OnBase Document Imaging

Expected time for full service restoration is 10:30am at the earliest.

Future updates will be posted here as the become available.

Additional services such as Mainframe, The Link, and other services are now being brought back online. Full service restoration is now expected by 10:00am at the earliest.

Description of Impact
Servers are being shut down due to a power outage at the 881 Commonwealth Ave data center

The following services will be unavailable until power is restored:
Mainframe and Link services, WordPress, Exchange public folders, and other services.

IS&T are currently investigating effected services.
