Description of Impact: Service unavailable.

Incident Description and Resolution: Blackboard database and software
services were restarted to reestablish service.

Additional Information: Disk space has returned to normal levels. Root
cause is determined to be a bug that caused a rapid use of available
disk space since the Sunday time change.

Current Status: Blackboard is unresponsive again. We are restarting the
database, which was intentionally not restarted with Blackboard service
was restarted previously. A likely root cause related to disk space is
being investigated.
