Resolved: Service Impacting Incident: Voicemail access needs work-around

Clients were able to leave a voice mail, but the voice mail recipient needed to use a work-around in order to retrieve that voice mail. The work-around is no longer needed and voice mails can be accessed in the regular fashion….
