Description of Impact

Wired and Wireless networks were unavailable at the following residence halls: 580 Commonwealth Avenue, 700 Commonwealth Avenue (all of Warren Towers), 25/27 Aberdeen St., 1053 Beacon St., 35/37 Carlton St., and 455/457 Park Drive.

Incident Description and Resolution

IS&T teams have resolved the incident and returned all services to normal.
