Description of Impact

Multiple reports from the MyPrint web portal indicated that clients were unable to release their print jobs.

Description of Impact

Multiple users at the Mugar location are unable to access the MyPrint web portal and cannot release their print jobs.

Current Status

Note: ENG career fair at 12:00 PM today in the GSU may be driving a heavy spike in MyPrint usage (likely resume printing), possibly contributing to the reported access/release issues. Next Update: 01:00 pm
