Some people were encountering an Internal Error when trying to use the tool.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident. The cause of this incident was determined to be a networking issue on the vendor's database.

Additional Information

Vendor advised clients' to clear browser cache if logging in issues persist due to failed sessions. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
