Description of Impact

There are reports of intermittent call failures for inbound calls to BU physical phones (Webex based phone lines are not be impacted). Callers will get a busy signal, call failure message, or when the call is answered the receiver hears a busy signal.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating with the vendor.

If these behaviors are encountered, re-calling the phone number can be successful.
