Description of Impact

The redirect for BU Google Mail (https://www.bu.edu/google) is not currently functioning. Clients attempting to access Gmail through this address will encounter the error, “Site Not Found”.

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating.

Additional Information

BU Google Mail is still functioning normally, the issue is just with the redirect. Access via email apps, and the Gmail app are still functioning. Clients may access BU Google Mail via https://mail.google.com
