Description of Impact
The ExamSoft Enterprise Portal is currently experiencing an authentication issue that is preventing users from signing in with their Boston University credentials. After entering their BU credentials, users are incorrectly redirected to an ExamSoft login page.
Current Status
Resolved. IS&T teams are worked with the vendor to determine the root cause of the incident.
