Description of Impact

The connections between the voicemail and phone tree systems have been severed from the call handler server. This is resulting in callers being unable to reach their voicemail or a call center that relies on a phone tree to direct callers. In either case, the caller is disconnected and the call does not complete.

IS&T and vendor teams have resolved the incident.
