Description of Impact
There were reports of intermittent call failures for inbound calls to BU physical phones (Webex based phone lines are not be impacted). Callers would get a busy signal, call failure message, or when the call was answered the receiver heard a busy signal.

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are investigating with the vendor.

If these behaviors are encountered, re-calling the phone number can be successful.
