Description of Impact

The MedHub website was not loading correctly. This caused issues to Med students, faculty and doctors as it prevented them from entering evaluations.

Incident Description and Resolution

The BUMC Educational Technology team worked with the vendor to resolve the issue.

The MedHub website is not loading correctly.

Current Status

BUMC – Educational Technology is working with the vendor to resolve this issue. After troubleshooting with our own website team, the problem was determined to be on the vendor side -possibly related to caching. Next Update: 07:00pm

The MedHub site is down: https://bu.medhub.com/ . Visitors receive the mobile site, and when clicking on Full Site, they receive a javascript error.

Current Status

BUMC – Educational Technology is working on this with the vendor, MedHub.

This site is used for evaluations of students, professors and doctors, but is not impacting patient visits. Next Update: 02:30pm
