Please note that all IT Help Center locations will be closed during Intersession from Saturday, December 21st through Wednesday, January 1st.

We’re still here to assist you! Here’s how you can reach us:

  • Email: Contact us at ithelp@bu.edu.
  • TechWeb: Use the green GET HELP button on TechWeb or submit a request through our web contact form.
  • Voicemail: Leave a message at 353-HELP (4357); our team will periodically review and respond to inquiries.
  • EMERGENCY OUTAGES: For urgent issues, call 353-HELP and select option 4 for immediate assistance.

Normal IT Help Center hours will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
