Description of Impact
Blue course evaluations disappearing from the portal
Incident Description and Resolution
IS&T teams have resolved the incident. The cause has been addressed by manually updating the relevant data sources, and the necessary adjustments have been made within the Blue project.
Additional Information
The cause of the P2 was the SIS integration run (I0213 Explorance Blue) last night. The run failed to complete successfully, so the file linking students to courses was incomplete; this in turn caused students to be unlinked from their courses.

Description of Impact
We have received multiple reports of evaluations not appearing on the Blue portal.
Current Status
IS&T teams have identified the root cause of the recent issue as a problem with the MyBU integration run. Our team is currently working to resolve the issue and implement the necessary corrections.
