Description of Impact
We are getting reports of inbound delivery delays from The Internet to BU addresses.
Incident Description and Resolution
We’ve implemented changes to improve load balancing for outbound emails across our mail relay infrastructure. However, there may still be some capacity limitations for inbound emails. Our team is actively working with the service provider to enhance capacity and ensure smooth email delivery moving forward.
